Order and delivery details such as your delivery address, contact details and the items you purchase.
Payment information is handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Messages you send us through our contact form or by email.
Optional extras you choose to use, such as baby shower registries, gift cards and gift messages, club memberships, nappy hire, or wholesale accounts.
Usage information such as pages visited and general location, collected through cookies and analytics tools to help us understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

To process and deliver your orders, and to send you order confirmations and tracking updates.
To manage your account, registry, club membership, hire or trade account.
To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
To send you marketing emails if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
To improve our products, website and services.
To meet our legal obligations, including tax and consumer law requirements.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run our store, such as payment processing (Stripe), delivery and courier partners, email delivery providers, and analytics services. These providers only receive the information they need to perform their service for us.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work without them.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above or as required by law.
