Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your fluff mail, and what to do if something is not quite right.

Delivery packaging

At Fluffy Ducks we are committed to providing a greener future. Your fluff mail will be delivered in 100% recycled plastic or compostable bags, or a box.

Domestic rates

Flat standard shipping rates within New Zealand:

Standard Delivery $7.50
Rural Standard Delivery $12.50

We aim to dispatch your fluff mail within 1-2 business days, on overnight service. If you simply cannot wait for your fluff mail, please get in contact with us at info@fluffyducks.co.nz and we will do our best to help out. Please expect delays to dispatch during sale and holiday periods.

Tracking information on all orders will be sent automatically once dispatched. Sometimes the notifications go to spam, so please check there too.

Australia

Flat rate shipping of $11.00 for economy post small parcel or $16.00 for larger, arriving in 7-10 business days. Tracking information will be automatically sent once dispatched.

Express service via DHL with direct discounted live prices at checkout.

International

We are able to ship worldwide and have a standard price of $22 up to 2kg. Please get in touch if you wish to place a bigger order.

We also have live DHL express rates integrated at checkout.

Returns

We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but in the unlikely event one does not meet your expectations we will gladly issue a replacement or exchange within 30 days, providing it meets our return conditions. Simply get in touch at info@fluffyducks.co.nz. Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days of receipt of the item, to the original payment method used on purchase. Original shipping costs will be deducted.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item is in the same condition as you received it: unwashed, unworn and in the original undamaged packaging with any tags attached. Any items that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you simply want to exchange an item please get in touch at info@fluffyducks.co.nz and we will gladly assist.

Things to note

If you wish to return or exchange an item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, unless of course it is our error with the order. All sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Please take care when placing an order as it cannot be cancelled; the returns process will have to be followed.

Disclaimer

The customer is held responsible to determine whether the product is fit for use.

We do not recommend any additional implements being installed to our nappies such as, but not limited to, safety pins, hooks or sewing pins. We cannot accept any liability for any damage caused, and doing so will invalidate any warranty.

Please thoroughly check over your nappy on receipt, and take inserts out and separate them prior to the initial wash.

Any products used such as bleach, vinegar or any other household product not specified in our wash routine will mean the item is not accepted for a return, and we cannot accept any liability should the item become damaged or discoloured as a result.
